Spencer is the Co-Founder & CTO of Zaius, a CDP platform that empowers marketers by connecting data and execution in the same system. As CTO, Spencer leads all engineering and development efforts and is responsible for scaling the platform to a massive scale.Prior to Zaius, Spencer was the Director of Federal Systems Engineering for 7 years at Netezza where he focused on  large scale data intensive computing problems within Federal space, used parallel database to help solve semantic graph, cyber analytic and geospatial scalability issues, and managed team of high performing technical individuals. Netezza was acquired for $1.7 billion by IBM.Additionally, Spencer has held a variety of technical leadership roles at AOL and other notable companies.Spencer received his degree from the University of Arizona.
